DANIEL PACKARD

THE UBER SESSIONS

Global Inner Fitness Training · The Uber Sessions

We all want more self love. But not everybody knows how to actually build it. Daniel Packard spent over fifteen years to figure out just that.

Here Daniel explain his innovative approach and philosophy of how somebody can actually build self-love quickly.

It's good to be patient and understanding. But sometimes we are so patient understanding that we never get what we want.  Here is an argument to stop being patient and understanding and start standing up for what your heart really wants and deserves.

UBER SESSIONS

WHAT ARE UBER SESSIONS

So, here's the story...

As part of research and development for our online programs I spent two years in South Africa working with the South African government to develop a permanent solution for their national addiction and mental health crisis.

I noticed on the way to the clinic to work with clients I would start talking to and helping my many wonderful Uber drivers.

With my Uber drivers permission I began recording our spontaneous, mobile 'therapy' sessions.

The result is 'The Uber Sessions'.

I hope you find these recording not only illuminating and helpful but also a beautiful window into the lovely people of South Africa.

First I'll share a few of my faves and then at the bottom is a directory to many more.

Enjoy the Ride,
